What is the difference between a “replicator” and a designer. In todays world of computer cookie cutter templates…everybody thinks they are a designer.
The problem is when replication is that it appears like a cheap paint job: something just feels off. Real design is a process, not a template. When applying the process, the results are dramatically different.

Every design “situation” is unique and different.
Here are the basics of what to expect when working with us.

TRANSPARENT BILLING
Upfront billing practices set our professionalism apart from other agencies, here’s what to expect:
- After our initial mini-consolutation we will have a sense of the scope and needs of the project.
- With out year of industry experience, we will craft an estimated proposal for the project based on the hours we estimate it will take and materials. For our design fee hours, we will collect half before commencing work.
- When making our estimated hours, we will estimate the hours based on one design loop feedback cycle. The amount of hours can increased based on how many design loops feedback cycles are required for the project to commence, and any additional changes you may request. Note because of our industry experience, we are generally better at estimated hours than most agencies. But clients needs can change, and as a result the scope of project may increase or decrease and the final bill may change as a result.
- We believe that by educating out clients with out upfront billing practices, we can create a better client relationship which fosters happier outcomes. We look forward to working with you!
